Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators. You will oversee all guest experience, services and retail sales, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

In this role you will develop staff through coaching, training and performance reviews, optimize scheduling and payroll within budget, and partner with leadership to drive top-line growth and guest loyalty across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Experience leading a fast-paced retail team in beauty or services.
• Strong business acumen with payroll budgeting and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators to meet store goals.
• Drive guest experience, services, boutiques and retail sales with accountability for NPS.
