Ulta Beauty in an on-site location seeks an Experience Manager to lead the guest experience and drive top-line sales across services, boutiques, and retail. You will supervise stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage schedules and inventory, and stay current with beauty trends to maximize guest satisfaction and store performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Proficient with basic technology and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
