Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists and guest coordinators. You will drive guest service excellence, manage salons and boutiques, and oversee services, makeup, and retail sales to achieve top-line growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and adherence to brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or similar.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operating excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Schedule management aligned with payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet sales goals.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and coach staff; ensure ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and safety standards.
