Job summary

You will recruit and develop talent, coach team members, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a high-energy, guest-centric environment in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon and boutiques teams to achieve top-line sales and guest satisfaction.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule staffing and manage payroll budgets to meet store goals.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards.
