Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will own the guest experience, services, and retail outcomes, while driving NPS and guest satisfaction.

A focus on people development, coaching, and operational excellence will be essential to achieve top-line growth. You will role-model service leadership, oversee training, and ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals across services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive guest sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
