Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators, delivering outstanding guest experiences and top-line sales growth across services, boutiques and retail.

You will develop people, manage operations, ensure compliance, and coach staff to enhance guest loyalty while maintaining Ulta Beauty standards and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience, retail sales, and services to drive top-line growth.
• Develop and coach team to deliver exceptional guest service and loyalty.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and budget adherence to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all store areas.
