Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver top-line sales growth across services and retail.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and strong guest service standards.
• Address underperforming metrics with data-driven strategies and coaching.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Ensure attendance discipline and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and ongoing professional development.
