Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license could be required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology management knowledge, including services, guest experience, and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest experience, services, boutiques, makeup, and loyalty metrics (NPS).
• Develop team through training, coaching, and performance reviews; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; protect store assets and manage loss.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example in a dynamic retail environment.
