Job summary

Ulta Beauty is looking for an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, guest coordinators, and service leaders. You will own guest experience, drive sales across services, boutiques, and retail, and ensure operational excellence.

You will coach staff, develop talent, manage schedules within payroll budgets, and stay current on beauty trends to deliver exceptional guest service in our store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail, loyalty, payroll, and omni-channel.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Schedule and manage staffing within payroll budgets and communicate needs to leadership.
• Provide coaching and development for staff to enable continuous improvement.
• Lead guest engagement and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
