Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment in a cosmetology context.

Aufgaben

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through accountable leadership.
• Hire, develop, and coach staff; enforce brand standards and attendance policies.
• Oversee makeup, skincare, and guest service demonstrations to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute store initiatives and improve operations.
