Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership in retail management.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive top-line sales through services, boutiques, and retail while maintaining guest satisfaction and NPS goals.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to maximize productivity within budget.
• Coach and develop staff through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards, including infection control.
