Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology licensing may be required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology management experience and knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in services, boutiques, makeup, and retail.
• Drive guest experience and satisfaction, including NPS improvement initiatives.
• Oversee training, scheduling, coaching, and development of salon and guest services staff.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize store performance and guest loyalty.
