Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, assistant services managers, and boutique leads. You will own the guest experience, retail and services performance, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to deliver exceptional guest experiences and top-line growth.

This role requires the ability to lead, influence, and develop the team, drive sales through services and products, and maintain Ulta Beauty standards across operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data and payroll budgets.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales and expense control.
• Develop staff, coach behavior, and improve guest loyalty and satisfaction.
