Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse team of salon and boutique staff to achieve guest satisfaction and sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and service metrics (NPS, loyalty, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards including attendance and safety.
• Partner with leadership to optimize staffing, scheduling, and payroll efficiency.
