Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and managing operations with accountability for NPS and guest satisfaction.

The Experience Manager will coach staff, ensure brand standards, and execute store initiatives to achieve Annual Performance Goals. A strong background in beauty retail and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant fast-paced retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Experience driving top-line sales, labor management, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales growth through services, boutiques, and retail channels while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards, including infection control and dress code.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve NPS, guest loyalty, and store performance.
