Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff. You will drive top-line sales, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across salon, boutiques, and retail channels.

The role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and development, while maintaining store standards and enabling a superior guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control.
• Leverage payroll budgets to schedule efficiently and maximize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies with programs and tools.
• Support direct reports in developing clientele and coaching for performance.
