Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will drive guest satisfaction, services, boutiques, and retail sales while maintaining a strong Net Promoter Score.

You will coach and develop talent, ensure compliance, manage schedules and payroll, and partner across departments to meet annual performance goals in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail management experience also considered.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing salon and boutique team to achieve top-line goals.
• Drive guest experience, loyalty, and service sales while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll budgeting, and store productivity to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Coach direct reports through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute merchandising and operational initiatives.
