Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license/management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability and exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Schedule optimization and payroll budgeting; coach direct reports to grow their clienteles.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and ingredients to better serve guests.
