Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a salon and boutique team, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize sales across services, boutiques, and retail. You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of retail management, a cosmetology license where required, and a track record of achieving top-line growth and strong guest care in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license is required by state law where applicable.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong financial management: top-line sales and payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Lead scheduling, payroll, and workload planning within budget.
• Develop and coach direct reports; build a high-performing team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through expert service and product demonstrations.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies.
