Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or salon environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales, payroll budgeting, and expense control.
• Lead and develop a diverse salon/boutique team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Perform makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive guest engagement and sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling tools, and inventory controls.
• Foster ongoing training and professional development for staff.
