Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to meet store goals while maintaining Ulta Beauty standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Ability to lead a diverse team of salon and boutique staff to drive guest experience and sales.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management with accountability for service and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff to achieve top-line sales growth.
• Drive guest experience, loyalty, and boutique services through engagement and coaching.
• Schedule and manage store operations, attendance, and payroll to optimize productivity and costs.
• Monitor performance metrics (NPS, sales, services) and implement improvement plans.
• Provide training and development, feedback, and succession planning for direct reports.
