Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon and boutique services, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. The role emphasizes brand standards, coaching, and operational excellence in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

The successful candidate will manage guest experience, supervise staff, and ensure execution of company programs to deliver exceptional service and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and sales professionals to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Drive guest experience and NPS while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure exceptional guest service and store performance.
• Oversee makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
