Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive top-line growth. You will oversee makeup, skincare services, boutiques, and retail operations while coaching the team in brand standards and performance.

The role requires 2–3+ years of retail management, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and a cosmetology license where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license required where state law dictates.
• 2–3+ years of retail management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coach for guest experience and sales growth.
