Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for management roles in retail or beauty services.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license may be required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Drive top-line sales and service performance through coaching and operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and safety standards.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize productivity.
