Ideal candidates bring sales and guest-service experience, strong communication, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience required.
• Strong communication skills including active listening and empathy.
• Excellent guest interaction and ability to upsell memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide top level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check-in guests.
• Actively drive membership, enhancement and gift card sales.
• Educate guests about services, memberships and retail offerings.
• Book, edit and cancel massage appointments; process payments.
