Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Store Manager for Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, OK. You will lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional Guest experience while ensuring financial goals and brand standards.

You will recruit, hire, and develop staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and maintain operational excellence. This role requires weekend availability and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-centric business.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).
• 2-4 years of store management experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher in business, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching AWMs, SLs, and Bear Builders, and by managing payroll, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with the AWM.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from the AWM.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and ensure safety and standards.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising to brand standards.
