Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in directing daily assignments and schedules.
• Lead shifts, coach Bear Builders, and drive Guest experience to meet targets.
• Ensure displays align with brand standards and maintain store ambiance.
• Oversee inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Support hiring decisions and provide feedback for staff development.
