Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching AWMs, SLs, and Bear Builders.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with the AWM.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from the AWM.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and handle discipline with DM/HR guidance.
• Oversee merchandising displays and inventory management.
