Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a part-time Sales Lead on Duty who will model Experience First behaviors and guide Bear Builders on designated shifts. The role includes directing the team to meet store sales goals and ensuring exceptional Guest service.

When not on duty as Floor Leader, the incumbent serves as a Bear Builder, maintaining brand standards and delivering a warm, inclusive guest experience. Flexibility for retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Preferred Build-A-Bear store associate experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Floor Leader on Duty, directing Bear Builders on designated shifts.
