Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who doubles as Floor Leader on Duty. The role guides Bear Builders to meet store sales goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

When not on duty as Floor Leader, you’ll operate as a Bear Builder, upholding brand standards and helping drive daily store performance. Key duties include coaching a team, modeling Experience First behaviors, and providing feedback to management on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues that the CWM and AWM are responsible for addressing.
