You will manage conference room reservations, AV setups, and coordination with facilities teams, vendors, and employees to maintain a safe, welcoming environment across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical examination.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduled client facility tours using a fifteen-passenger Sprinter van and coordinate logistics.
• Stock supplies, organize safety equipment, and keep tour vehicles clean and ready.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Provide onsite workplace support with conference room reservations, AV, Wi‑Fi, and meeting setup.
• Coordinate with facility management, vendors, and cleaning crews to ensure seamless services.
• Assist with signage, package prep, shipment labeling, phone lists, badge processing, and briefings.
• Conduct equipment and safety checks including AED inspections and beverage equipment maintenance.
