Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Nashville to bridge client expectations with daily operations. You will work with the Integrated Facility Management team, supporting site services, vendor relations, and finance, while delivering high-quality service with professionalism.

You will interact with facility managers, engineers, and vendors, managing tasks, maintaining records, and contributing to cost control and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3+ years in facilities management, customer service, or similar ops role.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, plan ahead, and stay organized under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients, JLL reps, and service providers.
• Coordinate events and support guests, visitors, and employees.
• Receive and dispatch work requests to technical staff and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and validate invoices.
• Assist site inspections, audits, and record-keeping.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and purchasing with finance.
• Serve as liaison to the finance team and account team members.
• Support cost-saving initiatives for the facility.
• Help the team meet SLAs and KPIs and improve processes.
