Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Coordinator in Chicago to deliver comprehensive facilities management and create exceptional workplace experiences. You will partner with facility managers to execute day-to-day operations, optimize space, coordinate vendors, and support technology and security systems.

This role emphasizes proactive customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous documentation to align with JLL's business objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of facilities management or workplace services experience.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workplace programs to enhance engagement and space utilization.
• Execute facility management protocols including maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and work order coordination.
• Manage procurement for supplies and services within budget parameters.
• Serve as liaison between employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers with strong customer service.
• Coordinate conference room bookings, meeting tech support, and events requiring facilities support.
• Administer security systems and access control while maintaining safety compliance.
• Support tactical planning, project management, and document maintenance for contracts and compliance.
