Serendipity Labs is expanding its network and seeks an Experience Coordinator in Stamford, CT. You will greet members and guests, manage requests, and support events, while upholding a high standard of customer service in a busy, hospitality-driven environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive service, and collaboration with the local team to ensure seamless operations and memorable experiences for members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Positive, pleasant, professional demeanor with exceptional customer service.
• Experience delivering high levels of hospitality and handling customer service requests.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail; ability to deliver great experiences.
• Self-starter who is open to direction and able to take initiative.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute events or meetings.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors and lab users at reception.
• Handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
• Anticipate Member needs with keen attention to detail.
• Open and close the lab location to meet brand standards.
• Stock and maintain lab appearance across reception, meeting rooms, cafe, and common areas.
• Perform light cleaning to keep the Lab at brand standards.
• Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup and cleanup.
