Serendipity Labs is seeking an Experience Coordinator in Los Angeles to deliver outstanding hospitality to members and guests. You will be the daily face of the lab, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth operations, and a strong sense of community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.
• Positive, professional demeanor with strong customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome at reception.
• Handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
• Open and close the lab location to meet brand standards.
• Stock and maintain appearance of lobby, meeting rooms, café, and common areas.
• Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup and cleanup.
• Build community by contributing to member events and local outreach.
• Maintain accurate member information in billing software.
• Know all lab locations, products, and serve as brand ambassador.
