The Atlantic District is seeking a hands‑on Managing Expansion Agent to drive growth across Charlottesville and surrounding regions. You will build meaningful client relationships, craft personalized insurance solutions, and expand our footprint with integrity and energy.

You’ll leverage a strong local network, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with leadership to sharpen sales strategies while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or high‑volume relationship management.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Strong public speaking and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive agency growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships in the region.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline through community involvement and networking.
• Analyze client risks to provide thoughtful insurance solutions.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events to expand reach and visibility.
