Qualifications

• Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance license.
• Minimum three years in direct sales or insurance client relations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; working knowledge of underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a loyal client base by connecting with individuals throughout the Lusby community.
• Assess the financial protection needs of families and small business owners to provide meaningful policy recommendations.
• Host local workshops to educate the community on securing their future through smart insurance planning.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves with life changes.
• Document client interactions accurately within our internal tracking system to maintain excellent service standards.
• Mentor junior representatives as we expand our footprint in the region.
