Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of insurance sales or account management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small sales cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of accounts, ensuring every client feels heard and well-protected.
