The Atlantic District, based in Williamsport, PA, seeks a Managing Expansion Agent to deepen our local footprint. You will guide neighbors through tailored insurance solutions, build trust, and expand our presence in the community.

With a focus on growth and exemplary client service, you will identify new opportunities, manage relationships, and collaborate with the team to enhance local outreach and service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex policy details to homeowners and business owners alike.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead growth initiatives across the Williamsport area by connecting with local residents and business owners.
• Develop and execute personalized insurance strategies that offer genuine peace of mind to clients.
• Analyze current market trends to proactively identify gaps in coverage for new and existing accounts.
• Cultivate meaningful partnerships within the community to build a sustainable pipeline of referrals.
• Maintain meticulous records and follow-up schedules to ensure clients feel heard and prioritized throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the broader Atlantic District team to refine local outreach and service standards.
