The Atlantic District is seeking a Managing Expansion Agent to lead growth in Abingdon, VA. You will drive new client acquisition, mentor junior staff, and shape local market strategies to build a trusted neighborhood insurance presence.

The role blends sales leadership with community engagement, leveraging a strong Virginia P&C license and a proven track record to deliver tailored protection for families and small businesses alike.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Minimum three years of direct insurance sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong familiarity with the Abingdon community and local business landscape.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Spearhead new client acquisition in the Abingdon region through outreach and community involvement.
