The Atlantic District in Doylestown, PA seeks a Managing Expansion Agent to grow our local presence by building relationships with families and businesses. You will lead expansion efforts, identify opportunities, conduct in‑depth meetings, and present insurance solutions while collaborating with leadership.

This role offers a base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities, PTO, work-from-home options, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a professional network.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and articulate communication with clients.
• Proficient with agency management systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local families and businesses to help them secure their financial futures.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence in Doylestown and beyond.
• Conduct in-depth meetings to uncover client needs and present insurance solutions.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads while supporting existing clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine local sales approaches and outreach tactics.
• Represent The Atlantic District with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist during life transitions.
