The Atlantic District, based in Salisbury, Maryland, seeks a Managing Expansion Agent to lead local growth and community outreach. You will drive client engagement, conduct coverage reviews, and manage the full sales lifecycle from inquiry to renewal.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance sales, active licenses, and strong CRM and presentation skills. This role requires driving within the Salisbury region and offers a base plus commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client management.
• Strong track record of building and managing client relationships from scratch.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and policy management software.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills for community outreach.
• A valid driver’s license for travel within the Salisbury region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local outreach strategies to increase our presence throughout Salisbury.
• Identify and engage potential clients by attending local community events and building professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure our clients have the protection they actually need.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to policy binding and renewal.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local service offerings based on real-time feedback.
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders, acting as their primary point of contact for any coverage questions.
