Ideal candidates will have an active Virginia P&C license, a track record in high-volume sales, and strong public speaking skills to engage with communities. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities for career growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proven success in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for networking and community engagement.
• Deep understanding of the Charlottesville, Virginia market.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior sales staff is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive agency growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships throughout the region.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through community involvement and active networking.
• Analyze unique client risks to provide comprehensive, thoughtful insurance solutions.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events to expand reach and visibility.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to refine sales strategies and hit expansion targets.
• Provide ongoing support and clarity to prospective clients, ensuring interactions are personalized.
