Qualifications

• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance license.
• Proven history of success in insurance sales or high-level business development.
• Deep understanding of the Richmond regional insurance market.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
• Professional presence with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional life experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint throughout the Richmond area.
• Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve collective goals.
• Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local business leaders and community members.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to your team, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
