Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks a senior executive to identify, cultivate, and convert IDN executive relationships into multi-year, strategic non-acute distribution partnerships. The role operates at the C-suite level, designing partnership frameworks that position HSM as the preferred non-acute distribution partner for the nation's largest health systems.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience with direct IDN selling at VP/C-suite level
• Proven track record of creating multi-year strategic distribution partnerships with IDNs

Responsibilities

• Leads executive-level meetings with IDN CFOs, COOs, or CIOs to position Henry Schein Medical as the preferred non-acute partner
• Architects, negotiates, and closes multi-year strategic distribution agreements with IDNs and large health systems
• Develops national IDN partnership strategy, maps relationship gaps, and builds a structured pursuit plan
• Leads GPO engagement at strategic level to align formulary positioning and drive IDN conversions
• Builds executive-ready Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models showing distribution cost, ROI, and savings
