Henry Schein Medical seeks a senior executive to identify and convert IDN relationships into strategic, multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships. You will operate at VP Supply Chain, CPO, CFO, COO, and CEO levels, shaping partnership frameworks and representing HSM to senior health-system leadership.

You will architect high-stakes negotiations, lead national IDN strategies, and present executive-ready financial models to demonstrate value and ROI across multi-site networks.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in IDN selling at executive level.
• Proven track record with multi-year strategic distribution partnerships (IDNs).
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; healthcare admin or exec sales credentials are a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Leverage IDN relationships at C-suite levels to secure strategic partnerships.
• Architect and close multi-year distribution agreements with 5M–50M+ annual value.
• Present at boardroom level and respond to RFPs with partnership designs.
• Develop national IDN strategy and prioritized pursuit plans.
• Engage GPOs to align formulary positioning and accelerate conversions.
• Create executive-ready TCO models showing distribution ROI and savings.
• Collaborate with field ops to implement partnership plans across IDN sites.
• Utilize analytics to deliver data-driven supply chain insights to IDN leadership.
