• 3+ years in a high-touch customer service environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure; ability to find a Plan B when Plan A evaporates.
• Active listening and ability to translate travel jargon into simple solutions.
• Crystal-clear professional communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email.
• Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips including air, rail, ground transport, and lodging using proprietary software.
• Enforce corporate travel policy and budgets with vendor contracts and tiers.
• Provide VIP, executive concierge service for C-suite executives with specific preferences.
• Monitor global events and reroute travelers to keep them safe and informed.
