Job summary

Perk in Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our Customer Care team. You’ll manage domestic and international travel for NAM clients, handle bookings, changes, and inquiries, and deliver the 7‑star service we’re known for, working with Amadeus/Sabre GDS and live in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Office-based in our Chicago headquarters, 3 weekdays per week with ramping training, you’ll thrive on proactive problem solving, excellent English communication, and

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system, including reissuing tickets autonomously.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Prior experience as a Business Travel Consultant is preferred.
• Well-organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client and supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to business travelers, managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for top customers, including flights, cars, and hotels.
• Handle client inquiries and provide solutions independently.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, phone, and email in a professional manner.
• Maintain relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
