AmTrav, a subsidiary of Perk, is seeking a Customer Care Travel Advisor to deliver exceptional service and manage travel planning for clients. You will handle bookings, resolve travel concerns, and ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after trips in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Multichannel support: bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email.
• Coordinate complex, multi-city international itineraries using proprietary software.
• Enforce corporate travel policy, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Provide white-glove service for VIP/C-suite travelers and manage preferences.
• Monitor global events and reroute travelers to ensure safety.
