EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting across US markets. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage with business leaders, and drive external candidate engagement while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will leverage diverse sourcing channels, implement inclusive strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping recruiting processes and technology adoption

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to develop and foster relationships.
• Ability to provide training and performance feedback to team.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Ensure sourcing strategies are inclusive and creative.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity across all platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes in recruitment.
